Important: All discrepancies with your order must be reported within 30 days. Please inspect your orders as soon as you receive them, and report any incorrect or damaged products so that we can make it right. Any claims for defects, damages, or shortages must be made in writing within thirty (30) business days after receipt of the merchandise. We will replace at our expense only those orders that were processed incorrectly by Bright Corporation. We reserve the right to hold the replacement shipment until we have received back the returned merchandise. We will not replace the order if it is determined by us that the order was misused or mishandled by you, or if you have used part of the order and wish to return part of the order.
In case of damaged orders, please email info@brightcorporation.com with a description of the damage, including photographs of the damaged item(s) and any visible damage to the packaging. Retain the items and all original packaging until your claim is processed.
If you ordered the wrong item, or change your mind, restockable items may be returned for credit when shipped back to us within 30 days of receipt. Although return authorization is not required, we recommend contacting Customer Service to let us know you will be returning the item. Return shipping is at your own expense, except in case of Bright Corporation error, when we will issue a call tag for any incorrect item(s) that need to be returned to us.
Personalized items may not be returned. In case of Bright Corporation error, a corrected order will be shipped out as soon as possible.
